Just to let everyone know I'm keeping tabs on Jet Venue, visiting here at least twice daily to make sure that everything is okay. I know that posting has been limited, but I am not alarmed. My site statistics shows that people are reading, mostly lurking. And that's okay…write something if you want or not.

I'm still trying to track down some people, but am realizing that a number of old friends have left the industry. That is understandable given the dearth of jobs available and the stubborn economy. In any case, Jet Venue is here to be used by you even if you have no plans to fly again. Maybe we should call the forums Reunion Central to help people get connected again.

Don't forget–if you want additional exposure feel free to post your resume to the applicable forum. The four listed so far have been indexed by Google; I plan to help them get better visibility down the road by tweaking some of the search engine optimization methods I'm using to attract people to this site. So, get yours in and you'll benefit too.
